The location doesn't get any better. The original owner loved Flick Park behind the property and being on a quiet street. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home boasts hardwood floors, all newer windows 2014, newer garage door opener and tear off roof 2011. Enter into a ceramic foyer and large living room and dining room. The kitchen has an abundance of wood cabinets and good sized table space. The appx 18 X 17 lower level family room in English basement has a brick, gas-log fireplace and a wall of shelving and cabinets. As a bonus, there is a lighted, cement-floor crawl space for extra storage. Also, has exterior access to patio and yard. Shed off back of garage. Hot water-boiler 2007 and water heater 2014. Great potential - a little TLC or face lift will make this split-level a true gem. This is an estate sale - being sold "as-is".
